Hypnotherapy is a very powerful way of helping you to relax and relieve anxiety and tension.

Recently I have been through a pretty stressful period, in fact one of the top 3 most stressful situations. Moving house!!! Everything that could go pear shaped went pear shaped. Having vacated from a rented house to allow the new tenant to come in at a time that suited him rather then us we were hopeful that we would be homeless for just a few days and quite happy to camp down wherever we could and put our things into temporary storage as we would soon be in our lovley new home… The days turned into weeks as the goal post for the completuon date on our new hosue moved by the hour.

There were other unimaginable happenings that occurred as well, every day there was something to get upset about. The bottom line being that we didn’t know when or maybe even where we were going to live as it appeared that the vendors weren’t being transparent, were being taen in, were we being mugs in believeing what they were saying, would we have to start hosue hunting all over again and other factors not mentioned here??? Stories in our minds took over!!

The good news being that we heard yesterday that we can move into our new home in 3 days time!!!! Now, with this in site and feeling calm and happy and dare I say excited all the stresses seem a million  miles away and almost forgotten. A reminder that happenings both good and bad in  ilfe are transient.

Hypnotherapy can help you with anxiety and stress so that when it comes to the big day you are feeling relaxed and excited. I work in Findon near Worthing and help many people to see the bigger picture. I myself, sought help from a therapist who really helped me to feel OK about what was going on and without this help I feel I would n’t be coping as well as I have, accepting the feelings and emotions that were happeninga s they came up.
